What stands out to me about Melissa? She is so, so sweet, and thoughtful towards others! I loved spending the morning with her and her bridesmaids and getting to know Melissa's love of the color purple, TOMS Shoes, doggies, easy giggles, her soon-to-be husband Alex, and God.
Honey and I started the morning off early by helping to get some of the bridesmaids ready first. Truly a super friendly bunch of warm and down-to-earth ladies :)

Yay for teachers! I always get excited when I meet fellow teachers, and this time was no different! Enjoy the start of your school year Lori, I know the kids will absolutely love you :)

Once Lori's hair was curled, a little french braid was added at the top of her bangs for a fun, interesting detail.

You know you're dealing with a sweet bridal party when one of the bridesmaids (Alyssa!) comes out of the warm hotel room early in the morning to help us find our way to the bride :)

After curling Alyssa's hair, I created a deeper side part, teased her crown, and pinned her bangs in place for a semi 60's look.

Maura! Girl with ten thousand and one jobs :) Maura had to wait the longest to get her hair and makeup done, but she was a champ... plus she said I could do whatever I wanted with her. I don't think I'll ever get a tattoo on my foot, but if I do, I'll be thinking of this girl (and not trying to giggle or sneeze while getting tatted!)

After curling Maura's hair, I teased the crown and pinned half up, then collected remaining hair and secured to the side for a side pony.
