I thought I'd focus this entry on Jenny's bridesmaids :) Margaret and I met up with the bridal party on Saturday morning. I had such a fun time with Yisi, Cora, and Shan. I thought it was so cute how they had all slept over and were still in their PJ's. It reminded me of the sleepovers I used to have when I was younger. It was extremely easy working with the bridesmaids and they were so supportive of Jenny. Good job girls! Thanks for letting me have such a wonderful experience with all of you!

I had such a fun time chatting with Tram yesterday during her makeup trial! I loved seeing the photos of the dresses Tram and the bridesmaids will be wearing. Very exciting stuff :)

Fun with Erin!

Over a month ago, my husband Alex and I went to Arizona to visit his cousin Ryan and his wife, Erin. Their home was beautiful! (It helps that Erin is into design). Check out her website: http://erindayala.blogspot.com

We had such a fun time! One night, the boys went to play basketball, so Erin and I played with makeup! Teehee :)

Before and After

One of the main focuses was to balance out Erin's two eyes. Erin's left eye is slightly larger than her right eye. The cool thing is, my eyes are like that too! Many people have that feature, but it is slightly more noticable on asian monolids (no double eyelids). Eyeliner and a dark shadow are the key to balancing out the eyes with the correct techniques.

Erin was totally cool with letting me do whatever I wanted on her. Yay! I'm looking forward to more visits in Arizona :)

Jamie's Makeup Trial

I had so much fun this past Saturday when Jamie and her friend Pui Yun came in for a makeup and hair trial. It seemed that everything worked out so perfectly with the timing! My friend Margaret was available to come and do the hair trials at the same time. While one girl was getting her makeup applied, the other girl was getting her hair done! Once both girls were finished, they switched and were both able to get the other service.

I always enjoy meeting new clients and hearing their stories. This time was no different. I hope both Jamie and Pui Yun can enjoy this planning time as much as possible, regardless of all the unexpected issues that may come up. How awesome is it that these two could go through the planning process together. Having that supportive sounding board with a friend who's going through similar wedding planning craziness must be such a blessing!

Yay! It was so much fun with you and Jamie! Thanks for being patient with the outdoor photos and lending an extra hand with trying to figure the "white balance" for the camera. So confusing. Anyhow, I hope you two enjoyed your experience and had fun at the bachelorette later on in the evening :)
